About Me
Get To Know Me
I’m Kirsty Weir — a proud South African para-triathlete, road runner, and inspirational speaker.
After years of chasing podiums and battling a 13-year undiagnosed condition, I was diagnosed with neurological lupus in 2020. I fought my way back to win national and African titles, claim international gold medals, and represent South Africa at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. My journey is about resilience, grit, and the belief that dynamite comes in small packages.
